Welcome to Trusting His Hands!
Join me as I journey toward trusting god more. Life is much more complicated than I ever dreamed it would be when I was playing dolls as a child and dreaming about what I would be when I grew up. God uses everything in our lives for our good . . . but it doesn’t always feel like like the events in our lives are good or could ever become good. Even as I struggle with disappointments and doubt, God is showing me that He loves me more than I could ever imagine, and He really does have good things in my future and in your future too if you will only trust Him!
God is the source of our hope!
Faith is believing what you cannot see . . . and praise the Lord, He has not left us without a guide for our lives. The Bible tells about what God has done through out all the ages. It teaches us Who He is and how to have a relationship with Him through Jesus, His Son. Together, we will receive the encouragement and hope that only comes from God through His Word.

Who am I?
My name is Elizabeth Ketchum. I am an ordinary woman who has been saved by the power of Jesus’ death and resurrection. Only God’s Spirit at work in my life will produce anything of lasting value. I was saved at the tender age of 5. I have not always walked close to Jesus. Many times I have let other things come between me and my Savior . . . but the story doesn’t end there! Jesus always brings me back to Him. He forgives me when I sin, and He heals my heart when it aches from the difficulties in the world around me.
I graduated from Blue Mountain College in 2003 with a BA in Psychology and Biblical Studies and an Mrs. degree. I have been married to Kevin since December of 2002. I love my husband so very much and thank God for the blessing of doing life by his side. God has blessed us with 6 wonderful, energetic, and creative kids that I homeschool. I enjoy cooking (most of the time), and love to read. I also enjoy crocheting when I get a chance.
